Shipping
- Items are shipped via US Post Office or UPS Ground.
- Express shipping is available - please request a quote via email.
- Items are shipped within 4 business days of payment
- Duty and taxes on items shipped to non USA addresses, are the responsibility of the buyer. Items will not be shipped as gifts at a lower value.
- 7 % sales tax is applicable to residents of Indiana.
- Orders not paid for in 7 consecutive days will be canceled automatically without notice.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
- It is important for you to inspect your order upon receipt. You must determine if the material meets your expectations PRIOR to finishing/installation. The installer/end-user assumes all responsibility for final inspection as to grade and manufacture.
- You must notify us of any damages, incomplete or incorrect shipments within 5 business days of receipt. We will correct any deficiencies as soon as possible and to your complete satisfaction.
Guarantee/Return Policy
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed or all monies paid will be refunded and we will pay for return shipping.
- Return authorization must be issued withing 7 days of receipt of goods and the goods must be in the same condition as received with no rework.
